Bedtime
“Sing the horsey song, Mommy.”
“Sing the train whistle song.”
“Sing the rain song.”
“Time to sleep now, honey.”
“Read me the cat in the hat. Pleeese?”
“Read me mister toad.”
“Read me the rabbit.”
“Time for sleep now, my little man.”
“I need a drink of water, Mommy.”
Sigh…

Those were the days. Many moons ago. My oldest daughter will turn 40 this year. 😬
Nice job. Been there, done that. My daughter is now 30. One of us is getting old!
