Product Review

I found this great item on Amazon yesterday afternoon. They offer five different colors and sizes, with a wide variety of special features, and all are made in the USA — which is always a bonus. Only $19.99 each, and for only $10 more you can get a set of three. Hell of a deal, if you ask me.

From the many feline options offered, I selected a female orange tabby, the “Nap-Master / Mole-Catcher Combo” model. ( See top photo. ) I placed the order in one click. They make it almost too easy, don’t they? And you have to love that free Prime shipping!

I can’t believe it – the box arrived this morning, only fifteen hours after placing the order! How do they do that? She was packaged with care in a sturdy box marked THIS SIDE UP and was well-protected with layers of bubble wrap.

I inspected her thoroughly and she is exactly as shown in the photos, matching the description perfectly. She seems to be fully functional, including the purr feature ( Note: there is no shut-off switch ). She runs well, and apparently can sleep anywhere. I find her to be totally user-friendly, no assembly is required and there are no mystifying instructions mis-translated from Chinese.

In the box, Amazon even included discount coupons towards purchasing all of the desired accessories, such as

• a personalized food dish

• an auto-fill water bowl

• a feathery chicken toy on a string

• a starter case of Fancy Feast

• two boxes of Squeeze-Ups

• one bag of salmon-flavor crunchy treats

• a plush blanket with leopard-spot print

• a grooming brush

I had no idea cats needed so much stuff! BUT I am glad I found this charming creature — I named her Snoozy. I am considering purchasing a few more. I can’t decide whether I should just get a multi-color, random box of six ( How cool is that?! )

Or three individually packaged ones of my own model choice.
