Bartle Clunes has something for everyone...without murder and mayhem. Any chance you're working on another long form?

I am so glad you have found Bartle Clunes of interest, Heather. It was a labor of such love. I am working on chapter six of Out of the Frying Pan ( the adventures of Haylene and Marla) It started as a one-time post, but keeps growing. They are my favorite invented characters of all time. They really make me laugh.

They are very sweet, kind people who live in Riles Crossing. It is such an uncomplicated place. I would like to live there myself. Thank you for reading it.

Its on its way. Thank for ordering it, Jim. It is unusual in its form, being written in the vernacular of 1950, western rural Americans. I believe it is true to the era, but may not suit everyone's taste. But what ever does?.

Thank you, Rebecca. It is a gentle, bucolic story but not without depth, I think. You will become acquainted with the people of the foothills and they will become your neighbors.
