I continue to love the sweetness of this story. We are living in a different world a much harsher one for sure.

Thanks, Janice for staying with Bartle Clunes. I hope the little settlement of Riles Crossing provides a little island of calm every Saturday morning. So many interesting people live there - and all are interconnected in some way. I want to live there.

Oh, Deb! I am so glad to hear you say that. I am really heartened by the positive response I have about Bartle Clunes. If I post two chapters a week, it should be completed by ... um... Christmas. Thanks so much for your encouragement.

Two romances for the price of one! Enjoyable, as always.

I am so pleased you are continuing with this story. I believe you have already been introduced tangentially to Eizer Griggs, whose larger story enters in Ch. 26. He is the second hero of this work. You will like the old codger.

PS I got your book in the post today. I look forward to seeing what Britpop's adventure is.

Well, I sure hope you enjoy it. Britpop is nothing like Bartle. But I hope enjoy the cast of characters. And the adventure!
