Good dialogue between the characters, and I'm always impressed with the quality of the structure of each descriptive sentence!

Wow! Thank you James for having a look at Bartle Clunes. It is a bit of nostalgia ca 1949 in the foothills of California. Not for everyone, but it says what I wanted it to say. I hope you enjoy the dialect and the family of characters.
