Excellent storytelling ... brilliantly brought to life, though I am averting my gaze!

Thank you. For the compliment and for not peeking. It was not a pretty picture, believe me.

Where to heck did this come from? I Loved the picture with "I wish".

Every word is true. I think Hungary is the most challenging place I ever traveled. The language was 100% indecipherable for me. Makes it scarier.

👀! You are a brave, Sharron. Love your humor.

Not very brave. A lacy-pants wimp, if you must know. I just couldn't escape. Now it is funny to retell. I wasn't laughing at the time.

"I might just come back tomorrow. Yeah...not really." That pretty much sums it up.

Great job of conveying the cringe factor here, Sharron. Different cultures, different customs I guess.

Well, it wasn't what I expected, but it didn't kill me. I left Hungary as a stronger more confident person.

No, me neither.

That would be a resounding "um, no" from me as well. Delightful, Sharron!

I admit I have got myself into a few predicaments on the road. That was probably the most embarrassing.

LOL, and ouchie! Such a great story!

Mum told me about a trip to Turkey in which she and some of her friends submitted to a Turkish bath. I gather it was way more *robust* a process than any of them had envisaged... and she told me she arrived home 'pounds lighter, from all those decades of dirt they seemed to have been so keen to scrape off'! 😆

ha ha ha ha! No doubt they removed a few layer of skin as well. I can relate!

I felt highly uncomfortable for you from start to finish! You are braver than most of us! Your storytelling here is stellar, and the description of the scene really...burned it into my mind. 😄

With a little distance and time, it is now funny, but it was not funny at the time. Thanks for reading my tale, Justin.
