Yes, some is quite decorative and well done. Others just a mess. Its a real fracka-racka to get off brick. Rail cars are good canvases and make the counting to 100plus cars a little more entertaining. Owners usually are NOT happy. The painters could make a good buck or two if their work is done on order. Anger is not a good reason for art.
