I have no experience of motorcycles, either, but Scott is such a kind person and it shows in everything he writes. He has a lovely little book, too, a memoir published through Amazon. You'd like it.
Thank you, Sharron, both for your inspiring article and for your thoughtful sharing of Kindness Magnet. Your imaginative writing is a joy to read and getting to know you has been a special perk of being part of Substack.
Such. A poignant message. I love how you used real world examples after the opening. It makes me realize that I can do something that means much to others.
This post is just everything I needed to read today. Such a delightful, thoughtful, life-affirming, inspiring and thought-provoking post. I shall take action in these directions, Sharron. Wonderful words!
I love the premise of Heather's newsletter and you , Sharron, have given us ways to do just that. Today, more than ever we need to be offering kindness.
Agreed. Sometimes we are so desperate over the state of the planet, we feel overwhelmed. Doing one small kindness is actually a gift to ourselves, a way to feel proactive.
Excellent suggestions, Sharron! Good thoughts.
Oh, thank you, Linda! You are one of the kindest people I know, and you could have written this essay. ( and probably have have!)
Thanks, I just subscribed to Kindness Magnet.
And now I have subscribed to Scott's Stories. I'm not a motorcycle rider, but I enjoyed the ride with Trevor and Brad in Vision Quest!

Glad I brought you two together! You write about very different things, but there is so much to share on both sides - about just plain kindness.

Awww. Thanks. YOU are a joy to read, Heather. I am so glad to be apart of your large circle of admirers! You inspire with every word.
Yup. There's stuff we can do. Bit by bit.
This infected me with new inspiration!
Though I’m aware of the message and doing my best...so I casually like to think...
No, I’m not!
I get tired.
I get discouraged.
But I keep trying.
Thanks, Sharon, for the visual and the many suggestions.
I will pick up more than one fish today!
Thanks to you! 💐❤️😘
Thanks, sweetheart, for reading at 🍁Leaves. There is so much to read out there, I am honored you chose me!

We can both start with our neighbors. ha ha ha We can all use some kind of encouragement!
Deeply, deeply, superbly moving....!

Thanks for the reminder that there is always something that can be done to help out!
We all get so caught up in our busy busy lives, James, it is easy to forget that we might offer a little simple help elsewhere.
