You are something else! I was prepared to NOT like this because sci-fi has not been one of my favorite reads, but your touch is magic! I'm ready for the next part!
I am so glad you gave this a try. The sci-fi I write is thinly disguised romance. The links to part 2 and 3 are given at the bottom of the page, part 1. Enjoy!
My sci-fi…. more like love stories! The idea of a relationship between different species appeals to me. I am not sure why, but I have this theme in several of my little stories.
You never cease to amaze me, Sharron! No matter what the genre, you are comfortably at home, and I am interested. I love this story! This character, and the "mystery being", are already whirling around in my head, and making me want to know more about them. This could be my cabin in the woods, on aa different planet, or after a revolution. Another great read!
Super ending to part 1. I feel like I'm reading one of C J's poems with the geographical references and the dialect, a skillful job of setting the location and the feeling of isolation. We're not in North Dakota anymore, Toto.
No indeed! ha ha ha! Scotland is my second home. KC. My heart is always there. So glad you liked part 1. I hope you give the other two episodes a gander. 😁
I have several stories about a human and extraterrestrial relationship or human and android. What does that say about me, I wonder..? Maybe best not to know!
Linda, at the bottom of Part one of this story, you will see links for part. 2 and part 3. They are all ready for you, you just have to click and up they will pop. Glad you are liking this story.

Thanks I will. I hope you also enjoy prioritizing, goodwill, and good feelings and good deeds around the world.
👍🏻
I like sci-fi, this kind ! Please keep it up. Thanks.👍

Begins the mystery, si-fy or another genre novelty unknown . Alien got my attention I’m ready to turn the invisible page to part 2.
Thanks Richard. Glad this appealed to you. I wish I had more of this story. Maybe it will come to me. You never know.

I loved the two characters, myself. I wish I had more chapters. I felt the ending was weak.

I wouldn’t miss them. Not after that ending in Part 1.
Oh, great! You can access part 2 and 3 from the links on the bottom of part 1
PS Being compared to CJ O'Hare just thrills me. It might thrill him less. ha ha ha! Thanks, KC
Oh yes, I remember Hamish! One of my favorite stories.

Wonderful opening, so many elements to explore as we get further in the story. Can't wait for the next installment.
